Tadalafil

Tadalafil is a drug used to treat the inability to get or maintain an erection and, in the case of an enlarged prostate or other symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Tadalafil also helps to increase the exercising abilities in patients with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH).

Tadalafil is classified as a phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitor (PDE-5). During the treatment of erectile dysfunction, the medicine acts by increasing the blood flow to the male genital organs, which causes an erection.

In the case of pulmonary arterial hypertension, tadalafil eases the blood flow to the lungs by relaxing the blood vessels. This effect allows reducing the total load of the heart.

The most well-known medicines containing Tadalafil are Cialis and Adcirca. Cialis holds one of the leading positions in markets for erectile dysfunction therapies. Adcirca is mostly known as an effective medication for the treatment of patients with pulmonary hypertension.

Tadalafil is also sold under various generic names such as Tadacip, Apcalis, Erectafil, Tadapox, and Forzest. These medicines are as effective as brand-name versions but cost much less.

Generic Cialis

Cialis’ patent expiration in October 2018 led to the appearance of cheaper Generic Cialis. Many independent manufacturers entered the market and began distributing these generics, which had a crucial effect on the prices of ED medications.

Tadacip

Tadacip is a safe and effective medicine manufactured by the famous Indian pharmaceutical company Cipla Limited. Because this medication is manufactured in India, overall expenses on production per generic item are significantly lower than the original one. Thus, the selling price of Tadacip is also much lower.

Apcalis

Unlike other drugs for the treatment of erectile dysfunction, Apcalis is produced in various forms, which include tablets and jelly. The oral jelly form of drugs allows patients to swallow it without any discomfort.

Forzest

The notable characteristic of Forzest is that the medicine has multiple dosage strengths. Forzest comes in tablets with dose strengths of 5, 10, and 20 mg.

Erectafil

Erectafil is another tadalafil-based medication that is prescribed to treat erectile dysfunction. The drug is produced by Combitic Global Caplet Pvt Ltd. For more than 40 years, this company specializes in the production of “affordable and effective” medications.

Tadapox

Sometimes patients with erectile dysfunction may experience ejaculation problems. To treat this condition, doctors often prescribe combination drugs with several active ingredients. Along with tadalafil, Tadapox contains dapoxetine, which allows patients to have prolonged sexual intercourse.
