What is Cialis?

Cialis is a well-known brand of impotence treatment, which contains the active ingredient Tadalafil. Non-branded versions of Tadalafil are also available. Tadalafil is one of a group of chemicals that works by inhibiting phosphodiesterase 5 (PDE5). PDE5 is a naturally occurring enzyme, which helps to regulate blood flow. For some men, PDE5 can cause some vessels, including the ones that supply the penis, to narrow too much; if this happens, it is not possible for enough blood to flow into the penis to achieve an erection. PDE5 inhibitors help blood vessels that supply the penis to expand, which makes it easier for a man to get an erection when he is aroused.

What is Cialis used for?

Cialis is an effective treatment of erectile dysfunction. It is becoming increasingly popular as it lasts longer than other drugs, such as Viagra, and because it can be taken in small, daily doses, which is the preferred option for people with an active sex life.

More than half of men will experience erectile dysfunction at some point, and it can be attributed to a number of physical and psychological factors. Cialis will not cause spontaneous erections but will help a man to achieve an erection under stimulation or sexual arousal.

How do you take Cialis?

Cialis can be taken in two ways:

1) As a small, daily dose (2.5mg or 5mg) taken at the same time each day with water.

2) As a larger dose (10mg or 20mg) taken before intercourse.

How long does Cialis last?

The effects will last for up to 36 hours after you take the tablet.

Cialis dosage.

The drug is available in four doses: 2.5mg, 5mg, 10mg, and 20mg. The smaller doses are to be taken daily at approximately the same time each day and are a good solution for someone who has sex more than twice a week. The larger doses need to be taken about half an hour before sex.

In the first instance, the usual recommended dose of Cialis is a 10mg pill to be taken before intercourse. If this doesn’t work, your GP may recommend that you try a 20mg dose.

If you find yourself taking Cialis regularly (i.e. more than twice a week), talk to your doctor; they may advise that instead of taking the larger dose when needed, you take the smaller, daily dose. If this is the case, the usual recommendation is to start on a dose of 5mg a day, possibly reducing it to 2.5mg a day, depending on the results.

Please note that you must not take more than one 10mg or 20mg tablet a day, and the larger dose is not recommended for daily use. If you are concerned about the dosage, speak to the pharmacist at Oxford Online Pharmacy.

How much does Cialis cost

Cialis ranges in price, from £28.50 for four 10mg or 20mg tablets to £219.50 for 112 2.5mg tablets. Unbranded Tadalafil works in exactly the same way as Cialis but can cost as little as £7.99 for four 20mg or 10mg tablets.

Ordering Cialis online.

Ordering your erectile dysfunction treatment online couldn’t be easier; simply add the products that you want to your basket and check out. Once your payment has been processed, you will be asked to go through a short online consultation with a GMC approved physician, who will approve your prescription. If there are any queries regarding your order, we will contact you direct. If you are trying Tadalafil products for the first time, the physician will normally recommend that you start off with a 10mg dose taken prior to sex, unless you anticipate taking it more than twice a week, in which case a daily dose of 5mg is likely to be recommended.

If you order your treatment before 3pm, your items will be despatched on the same day. If you choose next day delivery, your package will arrive, discreetly wrapped, the next day.

Alternative treatments to Cialis

Cialis is a branded erectile dysfunction drug that contains the active ingredient, Tadalafil. It is possible to buy other products that work in the same way but have different names. Another alternative to Cialis is Sildenafil, which is also a PDE5 inhibitor, and which is the active ingredient in Viagra.

Usually PDE5 inhibitors are successful in treating erectile dysfunction. However, in the third of cases when they do not work, your physician might recommend products which contain the active ingredient alprostadil, such as Viridal, Caverject and Muse.
