Experiences with Cialis?

Has anyone had any experiences, good or bad, taking the drug Cialis?
My new urologist prescribed me some to see if it could help a particular condition (no, not E.D.). It is also known as Tadalafil,
which is the generic version / active ingredient version.

Thing is, not only is it expensive, but I just looked it up online and there are reports of a small number of men going blind, possibly (but not 100% proven) from taking it.

That freaked me out. I already have eye issues and so I wonder if I would be more susceptible to such a side effect.
Apparently the drug does inhibit blood flow to the optic nerve, that part has been proved.

So. anyone go blind? . (Bad joke, I know. sorry, it’s late, and I probably should be in bed).

Seriously though, would like to hear any experiences if you want to share.

I have never used Cialis or other similar drugs.
I am interested why your urologist would prescribe this to you?
Ask the experts.
I googled this ( sorry I know you are not asking for this
but maybe if you spoke to guys who are using or have used
online. I never had sex. so. I am not the right person
here.)
“then get the f%*k off my post”.”

You da man Chris!
Hope Cialis helps you.

Thanks so much for replying to this post. I found your link interesting and will read the stories, thanks. No, I only welcome your contributions and am happy you chimed in.

So here’s an update. saw my Primary Care doc the other day and I discussed the Cialis and my concerns with him. He thinks it is best to put the Cialis on hold for now and instead try a few less risky options, like pelvic floor therapy. I don’t want to detail on a public board what the issue is, but let’s just say it is related to two things and they both start with the letter “P.” Anyway, the Cialis is on hold until we try the other methods to see if I get some relief. But if anyone see this and does have experience with Cialis, I am still interested in hearing any stories.

Well, I finally tried Cialis. This time it IS for E.D. – I have that after recent surgery (it is supposed to be temporary, possibly up to 6 months).

My surgeon’s office gave me some sample packs, which helped because I did not want to pay for it (insurance does NOT cover it).

Well, after a few days it gave me many bad side effects and did nothing for my E.D. Even after stopping it, some of the side effects have still not cleared up 100%.

I am sure Cialis works for many men, as it is a popular drug. However, it sadly did not seem to “get along” with my physiology.

They want me to try Levitra but that is also very expensive and I’m not sure I am willing to risk $75 in case it also doesn’t work (and harms me in the process). They also want me to get a penis pump. I did order that. Never used one before. that will be interesting.
