I use to have trouble getting an erection but now I take Tardenafil 5 mg daily and holy gee . Now I am able to get an erection anytime I want. I’m able to hold it for Up to an hour and a half at a time to two or three times a day. I’m able to perform after I pleasure myself and keep my wife happy with her having multiple cumings in a session due to going hard at it for a long time. Before I took the medication I couldn’t hold an erection. I’m very very happy.

First off, not only men use this. I am a trans woman who happens to want to enjoy sex with her “inverted vagina” until she gets her gender-affirming surgery. Anyway, it gives me back the ability to get an erection (I am on hormone blockers for T and also taking E). Still can’t do edge work, and libido is still low, but in the right frame of mind this can work well. definitely a ymmv med.

I hardly know where to begin. I was hard-pressed with the frustration of aging on my cherished “member.” Some years ago, it was really hard to get this wonder drug at an affordable price in the U.S. I anticipated for years, waiting for a genetic Cialis. I could hardly wait. Because my urologist has prescribed this for BPH, which is pretty universal as we age, my insurance can’t hardly refuse covering it. Now, for exactly ten well-spent dollars, I get a 90 day supply of one of the medical won ders of the modern world. Waking up each day with a man’s joyous Morning Wood is indeed a delight. I’ve been happily taking this for over a year now. The first week or two there were some negative side-effects, but now, none. There’s only daily, firm, predictable, amazing semi-hard ons and almost to the point of raging hard ons. I think you can tell that hard makes this 65 year old stud happy! Read More Read Less

I have been taking everyday as prescribed and I have not got errect from tadalafil . It hasn’t worked for me whatsoever? Waste of money, and it’s not cheap to get these at all.

Had problems emptying my bladder in the night. Started taking 5 mg Tadalafil and after a few days the problem disappeared. I no longer have problems emptying my bladder as I continue to take the Tadalafil

I wish I were on the nominating committee for major awards for inventors whose breakthroughs have significantly improved the everyday lives of the common man. If I were, I would write a long, detailed, glowing nomination for the guy who spent hours in the lab creating my favorite Rx, tadalafil. With joy, I get it refilled every 90 days. With thankfulness, I gladly pay my copay. Does the young, college grad behind the drug store counter have a clue what hard, happy transformation takes place d ue to these very tiny capsules? Probably not. Growing older is no longer the challenge it used to be, since I was brave enough to visit my urologist. He didn’t even smile when I asked if I could get a prescription. He just said, “sure.” I would have begged and pleaded if requested to do so. Years ago, I did the little blue pill. It was great, too. But taking this every morning, and waking up with Morning Wood, is just delightful! I could write volumes. I just love good, hard erections. Now, my “member” more freely cooperates with my brain. I’ll take this life-changing wonder drug to the day I die. Maybe I’ll die with a hard on . . . Read More Read Less

After trying a bunch of drugs to try to reduce nightime urination, I finally tried daily 5 mg. tadalafil. I’m now averaging only 0.5 times getting up per night, which is great. But the added benefit of making me feel like I’m 20 again, with super hard erections, the ability to go all night, and added confidence, has been just as important. It’s a true miracle drug for me!

when my urologist prescribed Cialis 20 daily, the pills were tear-drop in shape and worked great. Then they changed to an oblong shape with “899” engraved on it. Now it is like taking nothing at all

I’m shocked. I recently turned the big 65, so now I’m on Medicare with an additional Medicare supplement. It turns out that Tadalafil is covered! So now my 90 day 5mg daily refill will be just $10.00. Wow! Holy, Batman, Wow! That’s 11 cents a day for easy, natural, healthy, hard erections. (Technically, the Rx has to be for BPH versus ED, but, at our age, we all have both, so no problem.)

It does me no good at all, just some indigestion. The reason: radiation treatment for only 1 (supposedly) aggressive tumor in my Prostate. Men- don’t take 40 treatments of radiation because it will destroy your Libido. It will also damage your bladder and urethra tube.

I’m 73 dealing with prostate issues, primarily waking up 3/4 times per night. The daily 5mg dose of tadalafil produced positive results for me within two weeks! Now wake “only” 1/2 times per night. There have been some random side effects. I feel a bit of anxiety off and on during the day for no reason. I also had some random coughing for a few weeks but that has tapered off. Struggling with ED issues for the past year I was super pleased and happily surprised with the results regarding that!! I really was focused on the Prostate issue but now I am over-joyed with the improvements in hardness, longevity, frequency! All in all I would whole heartedly recommend at least giving it a try and monitoring all aspects of your health and adjust as needed. I am definitely going to maintain this current daily dose of 5mg of tadalafil. Enjoy!! Read More Read Less

My insurance won’t cover tadalafil (surprise). I’m super thankful for that free downloaded app (that I can’t name here) that gives me amazing discounts on my meds, often much better than my insurance. So this generic Cialis is over $900 for a 90 day supply. With this (unmentioned) discount, it costs less than $25 for a 90 day supply; that’s less than three cents a day. I am very, very pleased with the increased girth and firmness that this powerful med provides. I would gladly be the Poster Boy for tadalafil. It took an appointment with the urologist to get the prescription, but it was so worth it. If you haven’t given this a try, what are you waiting for? Read More Read Less

I was having very terrible issues with erecting. I started getting worr8ed I would lose my young wife, but that has changed now within 4 days when I started taking the tadalafil oral 10mg. I’m back with strong confidence now despite my stressful job. No side effect so far for the one month I’ve been taking the tabs

Have taken 1st tablet yesterday 5 mg. The result the next morning was very good. Maintained it for 35 mins. Am feeling like I can now get back out onto the dating scene…

Struggled with erectile dysfunction for just over 18 months due to a really stressful job. I’m 44 and my wife is 38. She has always had a high sex drive which just added to the stress for me at that time as I could only really satisfy her with oral sex but I knew she wanted more. Been taking 10mg of Tadalafil for about 2 months now and what a difference. Within 30 minutes of taking it, if we are getting horny together, I manage to get a good firm erection every time without fail. My confide nce has increased so much because my erection lasts the whole session until I ejaculate. It is maintained even when we change sexual positions a few times. It is good that it lasts up to 36 hours. Weekend sex is so good for us again because if I’ve taken a tablet on a Fri evening, it means I can spring to action when we first wake up and again later that day if she still wants it. We’re back to how we were a few years ago now. So we are both delighted. First few times I took it I got some flushing in the face but I don’t get that at all now. Read More Read Less

Short version: GENERIC TADALAFIL WORKS WHEN CHEWED/CRUSHED, NOT SWALLOWED WHOLE. Long version: When I was in my early to mid-40s, a fraction of a 5-mg Cialis tablet (about 1.5 to 2 mg) worked as advertised. I had no trouble maintaining an erection solo and free of pharmaceuticals, but when with a partner, performance anxiety would sometimes cause me to wilt. With Cialis, my performance was beastly. Each pill was pricey, though, at $11-16. Now that generic tadalafil is available (manufacturer: Alembic), each pill is now about 35-40 cents, but it seemed that even a 5-mg tablet wasn’t giving me the results I wanted. 7.5 mg (1.5 tablets) worked better, but not anywhere near as well as brand-name Cialis used to, even at a much lower dose; I chalked up the differential to having aged 7 years since I last tried tadalafil. But when I tried 10 mg of generic tadalafil, I got very poor results. Is there very little active ingredient in this generic version? Or is a higher dose paradoxically providing less effect? After going through one 30-count bottle of generic tadalafil with less than satisfactory results, I experimented further, this time by crushing one 5-mg pill with my teeth, then swallowing the bitter stuff. And that’s when the magic happened, just like with brand-name Cialis years ago. This indicates that the generic version contains the active ingredient, but that its carrier substances aren’t yielding the drug in sufficient quantities to make the drug bioavailable. This explains why the 7.5-mg dose worked better than the 5-mg and 10-mg doses, since the 7.5-mg dose required me to cut one tablet to expose the tablet’s insides, which let more drug reach my circulation and hence my vanguard unit. With further experimentation, I’ve chewed a quarter of a 5-mg tablet, i.e., about 1.25 mg, and the results are fabulous. Why take a larger dose at a higher risk of side effects when it’s not necessary? Yes, Alembic’s rock-hard tablet (metaphorical; it’s not that hard, and it won’t break your teeth to chew it) guards its active ingredient jealously, but it’s in there, waiting to be released through crushing. Full disclosure: I’m a physician, so I approached this pharmacologic experiment with pharmacokinetics in mind. Read More Read Less
